Antonio Lulli is a real estate finance professional with extensive experience in the CRE industry. He joined HKS in 2022 as a real estate financial analyst and participates in investment sales and capital markets transactions. Antonio started his career at Fannie Mae in Washington D.C. He then launched an investment enterprise where he acquired and stabilized numerous properties in the Baltimore area. Before HKS, he worked for Pacific Collective, a private fund focusing on redevelopment of distressed properties in Opportunity Zones, spanning multifamily, retail, office, and innovative uses. He graduated from the University of Maryland.
