Arthur Safdeye graduated from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College with a major in Finance. Arthur joined HKS Real Estate Advisors in June of 2019 as an underwriting analyst, assisting in the financial evaluation and modeling of deal structures throughout multiple asset classes. With a passion for commercial real estate and an in-depth understanding of financial viability, Arthur hopes to enhance his real estate knowledge and acumen day by day.
