Daniel Kowalsky, Managing Director at HKS Real Estate Advisors, has been in commercial real estate capital markets for nearly a decade, structuring debt and equity capitalizations- and assisting lenders with strategic loan dispositions. His knowledge of structured finance, under-performing/non-performing debt situations, and asset dispositions has allowed a full spectrum offering within his skillset. Daniel previously held various other roles within the firm, including the development and management of the firm’s internship program. He was published in NYREJ’s “Ones to Watch” and has been mentioned in several other publications for his transaction history/industry-oriented commentary. Daniel holds a BA in Economics from Binghamton University, and is a member of several local Real Estate Organizations.
