Jeremy Pentek joined HKS in 2021 and currently serves as an underwriting analyst in the company’s debt division. Jeremy is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial. Prior to HKS, Jeremy was an underwriting associate at Meridian Capital Group, where he was responsible for sizing, underwriting, and placing over $1 billion of business across multiple markets and asset classes. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in commercial real estate finance and a minor in economics.
